1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "he444", "we", "us", "our" refers to the he444 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://he444.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the he444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the he444 platform for the purpose of accessing betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Platform" means the he444 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available at https://he444.io.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's he444 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits credited to a Player's Account as part of a he444 promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the he444 platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the he444 Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or products. These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and he444.

Your continued use of the he444 platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended provision, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and submit an account closure request to the support team.

These Terms & Conditions are made available in English. You represent that you have sufficient proficiency in English to read and understand them. he444 accepts no liability for any misunderstanding arising from a Player's failure to read or comprehend these terms prior to registering or placing bets.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of the he444 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Age Verification Process

he444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point during a Player's account lifecycle, including at registration, during ongoing account use, and as a prerequisite to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by he444 will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The he444 platform is operated for and targeted at players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the he444 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. he444 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk, and he444 disclaims all liability in connection with such access.

3.4 Disqualifying Circumstances

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the he444 platform:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of he444 or any of its associated entities.
• Immediate family members of he444 employees where a conflict of interest may arise.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the he444 platform or who are subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Persons accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the he444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where he444 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts other than the first registered account may be closed without notice, and any winnings accrued through the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly whenever a change occurs. he444 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your he444 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you as the registered Account holder. he444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication and selecting a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. he444 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive accounts after the initial 12-month period, deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email prior to inactivity fees being applied. Reactivation of an inactive account requires a successful login and identity re-verification at he444's discretion.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

he444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. he444 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its sole discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the he444 platform is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned to the originating payment method subject to processing timelines. he444 does not charge deposit fees on its side; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which he444 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Crediting

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your he444 Wallet on an instant basis under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take between 15 minutes and 24 hours to be credited depending on the processing timelines of the originating institution. he444 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider, bank, or mobile financial service operator.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your he444 Account are legally obtained and belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including fraud or money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. he444 reserves the right to freeze Account balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation where it has reasonable grounds to suspect the funds are of unlawful origin.

6 Withdrawals & Payout Procedures

6.1 KYC Verification Requirement

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Account must have completed the he444 KYC verification process. This requires the submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. he444 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the verification process.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within one to four hours under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical constraints of the payment provider.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. he444 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may deduct transaction charges, for which he444 accepts no responsibility.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Real-money funds in excess of the Wagering Requirement balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to the KYC and minimum withdrawal conditions set out above.

7 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by he444 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting contributes 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games contribute 20%; standard slots contribute 100%; and table games including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and poker contribute 10%.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire 30 days from the date the bonus was credited to the Account. Expired Bonus Funds are removed automatically from the Account balance. he444 does not restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

he444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Determination of bonus abuse is made at he444's sole discretion.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the he444 sportsbook and casino are subject to acceptance by he444. he444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where: a bet exceeds the applicable stake limit for the market; the bet is placed after the event or game has concluded; technical errors have affected the display of odds or game outcomes; or where fraudulent or collusory activity is suspected.

8.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that odds, game payouts, or bonus values are published as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to human error, system glitch, or data feed failure — he444 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and to cancel any associated winnings. he444 will notify affected Players by email within 72 hours of identifying a palpable error.

8.3 Game Integrity & RNG

All non-live casino games on the he444 platform use certified Random Number Generation technology to determine outcomes. The RNG certification ensures that each game outcome is statistically independent, unpredictable, and fair. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' game rules and technical specifications, which are available within each live game interface.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, he444's servers will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Where technically feasible, the game will resume from the point of disconnection upon reconnection. Where resumption is not possible, the bet will be settled based on the game state recorded at the time of disconnection. he444 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider, mobile network, or device.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the he444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the he444 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including proceeds of crime or fraud.
• Using the he444 platform for any form of money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the security of the he444 platform or its infrastructure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the he444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of he444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any he444 content without the prior written consent of he444. Unauthorised use of he444 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

he444 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by he444 is governed by the he444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

he444 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your device and the he444 servers. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes and are not accessible to he444 personnel. he444 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform's payment processing and KYC verification services.

12 Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, he444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the he444 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

he444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their he444 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

he444 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. he444 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the platform homepage.

14 Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your he444 Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the he444 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification, subject to the withdrawal minimums and processing timelines described in Section 6.

14.2 Closure by he444

he444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, collusory, or prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed; a Player fails to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements; or regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited activity, he444 may withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to he444's operating jurisdiction. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of he444's operating jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, game result, or account transaction, you must submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. he444 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final determination within 14 working days. he444's determination shall be final and binding unless you elect to pursue the matter through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism.

16 Amendments to These Terms

he444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address held on the Account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the amended terms taking effect.
